Mains: Couple of bundles of Chinese cabbage, quarter of an onion, 3 cloves of garlic , table spoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Wash and cut cabbage finely, dice the onions and grate the ginger.
Cooking: In a medium size fry pan heat the oil on medium to high heat .Once oil is hot add the garlic and onion and sauté it till golden brown.
Add the Chinese cabbage, salt to taste and stir mixing all the ingredients well. Turn the heat to high for few minutes stirring occasionally and Walla your dish is done, yeah it’s truly done
