Spicy Island style jerk pork
I usually marinade pork for 2 days. Let all the juices and spices get to know one another, become all cushy
. Fire the BBQ, within few minutes the pork is juicy juicy, charred a little and making its way into the “Tummy”. Served with Rice & Potatoes or make a Bunwich. Your call. I like it either way.
