Roasted Basil Potatoes

Our dear friend Miss D. was coming home for dinner tonight. We hadn’t seen Miss D. since the wedding due to everyone’s busy schedule.

Tonight was a free night for everyone and it was a good time to lay back and catch up on some juicy gossip, few drinks and nice home cooked meals.

Miss D loves spicy and very flavourful dishes and one of her favourites is basil potaotes.In the past when she had come for dinner she would always rave about this one particular dish among others.There is no better way to treat your loved ones with their best and favourite food when you have them over for dinner.

After few nice rum drinks, nice conversation and laughter we decided to have dinner.OMG you should have seen the look on her face when I brought out the potatoes. There are no words to describe it LOL.

Let’s put it this way the dish with basil potatoes sat in front of her all throughout dinner and guess what no left overs either
