Mixed Vegetable Fried RiceMixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Mains: Couple of cups of cooked rice,1 clove garlic, 1 fresh chilli, salt to taste, table spoon of butter, quarter of an onion,1 cup of fresh or frozen vegetables and a wok.

Preparation: Chop onion and chilli peppers very finely, grate the clove of garlic and mix together as a paste.

Measure your rice and vegetable and put aside.

Take your cooking wok out and say cook me tasty food please .I usually talk to my cooking utensils don’t know about yous LOL

Cooking: On medium to high heat, heat the butter in your cooking wok. Once butter starts to melt add garlic, chilli and onion sauté till it’s translucent.

Make sure not to burn the ingredients or you will have to start the process all over again I don’t like that I am sure you won’t either.

Once ingredients are translucent add the vegetables and salt now .I hope if you are using frozen vegetables they are thawed out by now LOL or you will have a mini flood in your wok.

Turn the heat up so that the vegetables and the ingredients are very lightly browned now.

Once this is done add rice give a couple of stirs, make everyone in the wok happy and you are set to go.

Take out and serve with your favourite side dish, Mango pickles right  :)  LOL

You may use soy sauce to have a much darker colour to your rice and a more saltier flavour I like mine plain your choice.
