Recently we went on a trip to Jamaica, my baby and I that is. It was one of the most amazing trips we took together.

We have always wanted to visit Jamaica and since this a very special occasion we decided no better time than this.

Quissy and I love all cultures however Jamaica has a special place for us because we love the food, people and what else reggae music.

One of the many island dishes cooked on the island is jerk pork .We loved it so much that, guess what when we came back our tongues craved some island jerk pork.

We went to our local Caribbean store bought some jerk seasoning, stopped at the local butcher picked up some nice pork chops and you can guess the rest.

Jerk pork chops was on the menu for juuluumfood and off I went to cook the island favourite.

BBQ was on, jerk was sizzling, and wine was chilled and cold icy beers mmm. My baby was happy I was happy nothing beats this feeling oh by the Bob Marley vibes were on the background.
