Jerk Pork Chops Recipe

Mains:4 nice juicy pork chops, 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning,2 tablespoons of soy sauce,2 table spoons of lime juice and a teaspoon of brown sugar.

Preparation: Wash and pad dry the pork chops and place them in a shallow dish.

In a separate bowl add all the above ingredients together .Once all the ingredients are all merrily and happily mixed together and have said their hellos add it to the pork chops.

Let the pork chops sit in the marinade overnight in the fridge for better results. It’s your call I know just the sounds of the marinade makes me hungry all ready

Cooking: Take seasoned pork chops out and hour prior to cooking.

Heat the BBQ to medium high heat .Once that is done take the pork out and get rid of excess marinade.

Place on grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side. The pork chops are so tender from the marinade that it cooks very fast.

Depending on different BBQ’s cooking time may vary so please use your own judgement.

Once the jerk chops are cooked take off grill and serve with your favourite sides.

I serve it with fried rice, baked or roasted potatoes. Enjoy and feel the islands vibes running in your body  LOL
