Jerk Chicken Slowly simmered with seasoning, lemon, juice,
soy sauce.
This dish takes a long time to prepare because you want the flavours to fuse with each other.
To prepare the Chicken let it cook for couple of hours at a low temperature.
Since this is a Spicy and Savoury dish I usually compliment it with fried rice and steamed vegetables. You can also throw in some potatoes half way through the cooking process. Excellent meal as left over for the following day. Enjoy
