Fresh Tomato Salsa
My mom is the best LOL well all our moms are . 
One of the many snacks my mom made for lunch was cassava chips and fresh tomato salsa.
Mom was old school she believed that home cooking was the way to healthy living and fresh eating. She hardly went to restaurants for lunch or dinner. Our home and kitchen was her restaurant.
I was amazed at the dishes and the creation she came up with in a short period of time. One minute she had all the raw ingredients and next thing we knew was the kitchen smelt of such beautiful savoury flavours
One of her favourite things she made for snack was fresh tomato salsa with fresh tomatoes, fresh chillies, cilantro, onions, dash of lime and salt to taste.
