Bok Choy stir fried with onions and garlic. A very easy and fast dish to prepare .Good as a side dish or can hold its own .Excellent with roti wraps.

Sazzi – I like to put fish sauce in my bok choy stir fry (and onions and garlic too). Give it a try…I think you may like it! You don’t need too much fish sauce. Just a drizzle is enough and you won’t need any salt because the fish sauce is salty enough.
