Curry Beef
It has been a while since we had a beef curry dish for dinner. I was craving it so bad I told Quissy we got to have beef curry. My Quissy is very game to try spicy savoury dishes and agreed.
We went to the local butcher and bought some nice beef sirloin steaks as well as some rib eye steaks.
My butcher is kind enough to cut the rib steaks into curry sized cubes with bone in .I love the bones as this is where the real flavour I think anyway:) but that’s just me LOL
So all boneless for Quissy and bony for me LOL I don’t mind really as I love the flavours I enjoy with all the spices mixed in during cooking.
We came home and I put on my apron as I am know as apron boy chef LOL LOL LOL.I think it’s a cute name I am given from someone cute.
So I got to work, trimmed the excess fat of the meat got my spices together and soon it was time to tantalise the taste buds
