Beans Sausages and Toast

Mains: 1 can of pork and beans in tomato sauce, couple of slices of

bread and few sausages each unless you want to have more than that.

Preparation: Empty can of bean in a medium size sauce pan , take couple of slices of bread and place aside and take the sausages and place them in the toaster oven on a foil lined small baking pan.

Cooking: Turn toaster oven to 400 degrees F and place the pan inside the toaster oven.

Once the sausages are cooking turn your stove to a medium high heat and place the pan with the beans and heat slowly.

Once the beans are heating check on the sausages .I usually cook them 3 mins a side so make sure to turn them over after they are in there for 3 mins.

As soon as the beans are warm enough usually less than 5 mins, place the bread slices in the bread toaster and get ready for your nice simple tasty meal

Take your plates out pour a generous spoon of beans, place the sausages and toast on the plate and yumm, eat eat LOL
