My background is from the friendly Islands of Fiji. I moved to Canada in my mid twenties and currently live with my wife in Richmond, BC.

My journey into cooking began at a very early age. I am very fortunate that my Mom is an excellent cook. She shared age old tricks with me as well as important tips that I use now when I cook for my family and friends.

I cook many varieties of dishes on different occasions. I simply use my imagination and instincts when I prepare my food.

My family and friends have always complimented me on the taste of my food I have prepared and encouraged me to pursue my cooking talents. So the idea to launch “JUULUUM FOOD” translated “Tasty Delicious Food” was put into motion.

This is my way of sharing the many different foods I cook, as well as I enjoy eating. I want to share with all of you some of the dishes I have prepared.

I love Vancouver for its diversity in rich culture and tradition. With this also comes the variety of fresh Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, Fruits from different parts of the world which make home cooking so easy.

So please come on a journey with me to the Exotic tastes of the Pacifica, Local Favourites, Fusion dishes and some of my personal favourites.
